Everyone in the gaming industry is waiting for E3 2011 to see what titles will be announced, are the rumors about "project cafe" true? Will Sony gain some of their recent lost support back? Will Microsoft dominate?
As always the rumor mill is on fire as it always is around the time of E3, below are some of the hot rumors on various forums and gaming sites.
PS4 & XBOX 720
With the talk about "Project Cafe" people are talking about Sony and Microsoft announcing their Next-Gen consoles at E3 also.
My opinion is that this rumor is false, it is just people jumping on the hype of Nintendo's console and assuming Sony and Microsoft will do the same when in reality neither of them need to, unlike Nintendo whose current console sales were dropping.
Major Rockstar title
We would all love to see GTA5 announced at E3 and with rumors of CJ and San Andreas making a come back this seems plausible.
Although a GTA5 announcement is possible I see a Red Dead Redemption 2 announcement more likely, the game gained a big following and the expansion pack Undead nightmare boosted sales even further hence this seems more likely than a GTA5 announcement to me.
Metal Gear Solid 5
Lets face it MGS4 was a success and a follow up title is overdue, I see a new title being announced at E3.
Resident Evil 6
Will Capcom announce Resident Evil 6 at E3? Gamers across the internet are hoping this rumor is true.
My opinion is Capcom may show a very short trailer of something in the early stages of production, I see an announcement of a Dino Crisis remake myself.
